2018 - Soybean Dreg Cookies
As a responsible enterprise, Nestlé Hong Kong has been actively seeking different ways to contribute to the environmental protection of the society.
Recently, Nestlé Hong Kong collaborated with St. James' Settlement to use the soybean dreg generated in the production of bean curd products and turn them into delicious cookies, converting food waste into ingredients and reducing disposal.
Environmental protection and waste reduction require collaboration from different parties in order to achieve a desirable result. Nestlé Hong Kong will continue to communicate with different stakeholders in society, look into different solutions and launch more environmental protection and waste reduction related proposals.
