我們注意到近日有謠言在社交媒體流傳，講述："唔好買雀巢公司嘅任何雪糕，雪條！因爆發李斯特菌！"。此謠言是完全不真實的。所有在香港之雀巢雪糕產品絕對可以安全食用。
我們嚴肅看待這個問題，並已經向食物環境衛生署及警方報告。我們保留對謠言作者採取法律行動的權利。

Nestlé response to a false rumour on its ice cream products in Hong Kong |
We noticed a rumour in the social media lately saying that "do not purchase Nestlé ice cream products because of listeria outbreak". This rumour is totally untrue. All Nestlé ice cream products in Hong Kong are absolutely safe for consumption. We take this very seriously and have already reported this case to both Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) and Police.
