登記方法：

1. 整個推廣活動日期及時間為2017年5月19日晚上00:00 至6月25日晚上23:59。
2. 登記時段：2017年5月19日晚上
3.  00:00 至6月26日晚上23:59，收集資料登記時間以香港時區UTC+08:00計算，並以主辦單位之系統時間為準。
4. 參加者必須於登記時段內將收據日期、時間、店舖名稱、購買金額、英文姓名、香港身份證英文字母及首四位數字，以SMS短訊方式傳送至5649 8014登記，方可參加「2017 能得利® 考試大激賞」。每次購買任何 能得利®及/或其他雀巢®糖果產品滿 $15或以上(以單一機印收據正本計算)，並成功以SMS短訊方式登記及提供所需資料的參加者，即有機會獲贈「誠品閱讀禮券」價值HK$200。
5. 每張收據只可登記一次，重複登記，即告作廢。
6. 此推廣活動只適用於香港地區。
7. 參加者需持有效香港永久性居民身份證。
8. 得獎者將於登記時段結束後7個工作天內接獲專人通知，並確定領獎日期及時間。
9. 得獎者須於已確定之領獎日期及時間，帶同已登記之中獎收據正本、香港身份證明文件正本及所登記的SMS訊息記錄作核對，同時得獎者所出示之收據日期以及店舖名稱須與登記SMS訊息之記錄相同，方可換領獎品，否則得獎資格將被取消，逾期領獎將被視為無效。收據正本於領奬後將不予發還。

11. 雀巢香港有限公司對任何由獎品所衍生的費用或有關服務安排一概不負責。
12. 如得獎者未能親自前往換領獎品，代領者亦須出示得獎者之香港身份證證明副本、得獎者簽署之委託信﹑代領者之香港身份證明正本、已登記之中獎收據正本及得獎者所登記的SMS訊息記錄(可接受圖片)。
13. 18歲以下之參加者必須由家長或監護人陪同換領獎品。
14. 得獎者換領獎品時所提供之身份證明文件如與登記資料不符，雀巢香港有限公司有權要求得獎者提供相關證明文件；如得獎者不能提供相關文件，雀巢香港有限公司有權取消其換領獎品資格。
15. 參加者所登記的資料將不可更改，所有資料均以SMS登記之訊息記錄為準，錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效。
16. 禁止遞交任何包含裸露、暴力、猥褻、粗俗、色情、涉及不法行為或任何帶攻擊性內容之字句及相片。任何違規SMS訊息將一律予以刪除及參加者將被取消參加資格。
17. 雀巢香港有限公司不會就參加者所提供的資料錯誤、不清晰或不適用而引致無法通知參加者而負上任何責任，亦不會因此而透過其他任何渠道再次作出個別的領奬安排。
18. 任何不完整、偽造、損壞(包括因印刷或任何錯誤所致) 、影印本或重印的收據將不被接納及視為無效。

The prizes are valued at total Two Hundred dollars and will have 100 winners altogether.

“FRUTIPS® Examination Rewards Lucky Draw 2017” Terms and Conditions:

1. The whole campaign period is from 00:00 of 19^th May 2017 to 23:59 of 25^th June 2017.
2. Registration Period: 00:00 of 19^th May 2017 to 23:59 of 26^th June 2017. All the registration time recorded for the campaign will be based on Hong Kong time zone UTC+08:00 and based on the time received by the organizer’s server.
3. All the participation required information, including receipt date, time, shop name, total amount of receipt, English full name, Letters of English Alphabet and first 4 digits of HKID card, via SMS message to 5649 8014 to register and participate " FRUTIPS® Examination Rewards Lucky Draw 2017". The one who purchases at or above $15 (in one single printed original receipt) of any FRUTIPS® and/or NESTLÉ® confectionery products and registered by SMS successfully with all the information needed may have chance to win Eslite Reading Gift Certificate (Value: HK$200).
4. Each receipt can be registered only once. Repeated registration will be regarded as disqualification. 
5. This campaign is only applicable in Hong Kong SAR region.
6. Participants are required to hold valid HK Permanent Identity Card.
7. Winners will be individually notified within 7 working days after registration period ends, and confirmed with the prize collection date and time.
8. Winners are required to present the original registered winning receipt, an identity document and SMS registration record for verification at the confirmed prize redemption date and time. The date and shop name of the receipt should be the same as the SMS registration record for prize redemption. Otherwise, winners will be disqualified. Overdue prize redemption would be considered as invalid. The original receipt will not be returned after prize collection.

10. Nestlé Hong Kong Limited shall have no legal liability relating to derived cost of the prizes or related service arrangement.
11. If winners cannot redeem prize in person, the authorized persons are required to present the copy of winners' HKID cards, authorization letters with winners’ signature, authorized persons' original HKID cards, the original registered winning receipt and the SMS record of winners' registration (Photos are accepted).
12. Any winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians when redeeming the prize.
13. If the identity document provided by winners during prize redemption is inconsistent with the registration information, Nestlé Hong Kong Limited has the right to request winners provide related document. If winners cannot provide related document, Nestlé Hong Kong Limited has the right to cancel the validity of prize redemption. 
14. The input information provided by participants will not be changed. All input information recorded in the SMS message shall be final and conclusive. Wrong or incomplete information will be treated as invalid.
15. Any sentence or image with naked, violent, obscene, vulgar, sexual, illegal or offensive content is prohibited. Any SMS message containing the above content will be deleted and the corresponding participant will be disqualified.
16. Nestlé Hong Kong Limited does not take any responsibility or offer any prize redemption arrangement individually in other channels if the information provided by the participants is incorrect, not clear or not applicable which caused the notification unable to reach the participants. 
17. Any incomplete, counterfeit or damaged (including caused by printing or any mistakes), photocopy or reprinted receipts will not be accepted.  
18. Any promotional pictures (including prizes) are for reference only, the actual prizes shall be considered as final. 
19. Participants are deemed to read, understand and agree with all terms and conditions of the campaign upon registration. Nestlé Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the participants who violate the terms and conditions of this campaign.
20. All staff and immediate family members of Nestlé Hong Kong Limited and its designated advertising agency are ineligible for this campaign.
21. Personal information provided by participants is only used for this campaign. Nestlé Hong Kong Limited will in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance process the personal information collected. 
22. Winner list will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 7^th July 2017.
23. In case of any disputes, Nestlé Hong Kong Limited reserves the final right of decision and interpretation.
