Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Perform work flow analysis to determine manufacturing processes efficiency, staff requirements
  • Assess the production progress to ensure correct application of methods
  • Maintain performance management standards to optimize the factory capacity
  • Initiate implementing continuous improvement projects
  • Deliver training and coaching to factory staff
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
  • 4-6 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing field
  • Knowledge in lean manufacturing, six sigma, ISO standards and SAP is an advantage
  • Good people management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency PC skills with knowledge in Minitab
 
Industrial Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering activities on industrial services equipment and related systems and ensure proper and effective utilization
  • Manage refrigeration plant, compressed air system and HVAC system and ensure continuous improvements
  • Ensure repair and maintenance activities of machines are well aligned with factory production and to keep downtime to minimum
  • Monitor pollution control facilities and ensure quality of effluent and emissions meet legal regulations and company requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant engineering experience with 3 years in refrigeration plant or chiller plant equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of firefighting system and boiler plant operation is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and change management skills

New Product and Process Development Technologist
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the operation in pilot plant
  • Assist new product development
  • Maintain quality system & ensure compliance throughout the development process and routine operation procedure
Requirements:
  • Tertiary or above in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 1 year’ experience in product development experience in health / food industries
  • Good knowledge of HK food regulation

Production Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage factory production of food and beverage products with a workforce of around 200 staff
  • Lead, develop and implement production plans to achieve productivity targets
  • Monitor and ensure food quality, food safety and hygiene quality comply with company standards and legal regulations
  • Conduct production capacity analysis and initiate actions to continuously improve production efficiency and cost effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Food Manufacturing, Production Engineering or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in food production with 2 years in manager role
  • Sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 5S and food regulations
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Flexible, willing to be hands on and able to work under pressure

Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the daily food production and maintain safety & good manufacturing practice in workplace
  • To lead our operational staff to align with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • To monitor the materials and manpower planning effectively and efficiently
  • To solve and facilitate improvement in shop floor
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in Food Manufacturing, Production Engineering or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 1 years’ supervisory experience in Food Production
  • Pro-active and able to work under pressure

Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • To assist Warehouse Manager to develop and maintain an efficient and effective system in Warehouse operation
  • Leading a team to ensure smooth and safety operation in Warehouse
  • To organize daily inventory count and to maintain stock accuracy
  • Responsible for resources allocation, manpower arrangement and space planning
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse management or above
  • A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in warehouse/ logistic management

Responsibilities:
  • Execute and monitor the trade marketing activities at Retail Channel
  • Identify business opportunities in Food Service Channel and work closely with Chefs/ customers to explore promotion opportunities to maximize business growth
  • Assist the Business Manager to drive business plan to achieve sales and revenues target in both Retail, Food Service & Boutique channels
  • Provide market intelligence to sales team for regular update of market trends, competitor analysis and customer profile, to identify business opportunities
Requirements:

  • Provide nutritional advices and dietitian support to internal teams
  • Provide training on nutritional and related knowledge to internal teams
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Nutritional Science or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in medical marketingwith 3 years in medical field operations, experience in nutritional food or pharmacy industry is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer business plans and reviews, category reviews and promotion evaluations
  • Manage and monitor sales forecasts
  • Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence with corresponding proactive actions
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4 years’ key account management experience from FMCG industry with good knowledge in multi-channel retail structure
  • Experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage

Channel Sales Manager – Coffee Machine
Responsibilities:
  • Manage business development of coffee machine brand Nescafé Dolce Gusto
  • Develop new sales channels for both B2C and B2B, ensure effective sales strategies and achievement of sales targets
  • Develop and implement customer business plans, reviews and promotion evaluations
  • Build and maintain effective business relationship with customers
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years' business development experience in FMCG or consumer electronics industries

Demand Planner
Responsibilities:
  • Determine the demand plan by analyzing sales data
  • Analyze gaps between sales forecast and demand plan for further corrective actions
  • Provide a professional support to the team to ensure the optimization of resources, inventory, materials and service level objectives
Requirements:
  • Degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistic or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years’ solid working experience in demand planning experience, or relevant operational experience in areas of Customer Channel Sales Development, Supply Planning or Branch demand Planning
  • Excellent analytical, influencing and problem solving skill
