Industrial Services Engineer
Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for all general services machinery and equipment are available for production. S/he will also be responsible for planning and improving the refrigeration plant, compressed air system and HVAC system to be in-line with the standard and policy of Nestle.

Requirements:
  • University graduate preferably in Mechanical, Building Services or related Engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience with 2 years in refrigeration plant or chiller plant equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of firefighting system and boiler plant operation will be an advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
 
Material Planner
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the appropriate level of stock to meet plan quantity confirmed by Production Planner in APO
  • Accountable for the stock cover in the item level (R&P) to meet the basic planning parameters
  • Closely communicate with Purchasing for the following up orders to ensure the supply of direct materials to the production planning
  • Identify the materials exceptions at least once a week after MRP generation, and appropriate actions should be carried out to resolve the material exceptions
  • Check the material availability for the supportive of required production schedule and inventory control
  • Prepare schedule for timely delivery
Requirements:
  • Form 7 or above
  • 1 year’s relevant working experience in production and material planning, FMCG experience is preferable
  • Strong analytical skill in data management and reporting
  • Good organization and planning skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills
 
Production Planner
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Production, Quality Assurance and Engineering to ensure food and beverage production is on schedule
  • Work with Purchasing to ensure the material delivery is on time
  • Maintain records of production schedules
  • Attend daily meeting to review production performance
  • Analyze and estimate the usage of materials and manpower for production lines
  • Drive continuous improvement on master scheduling and production planning
Requirements:
  • Form 7 or above
  • 1 year’s relevant working experience in production and material planning, FMCG experience is preferable

Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • To assist Warehouse Manager to develop and maintain an efficient and effective system in Warehouse operation
  • Supervise teams and motivate staff to ensure smooth and safety operation in Warehouse
  • To Supervise subordinates to do the jobs are strictly followed the SOP
  • Manage and monitor warehouse functions for raw materials in order to meet production and distribution needs
  • To organize daily inventory count and to maintain stock accuracy to achieve KPI target
  • Improve and maximize productivity of the daily warehouse operation with objective to leverage the resources and prioritize core and non-core processes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse management or above
  • A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in warehouse/ logistic management
  • Warehouse experience in operating chilled or frozen products is a definite advantage
  • Knowledge in manufacturing operations is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good command of PC skills, knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
  • Possess the forklift truck license is preferable.
 
Integrated Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, develop and execute consumer relations management (CRM) campaigns and communication strategies for Infant Nutrition business
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives
  • Manage social media community and membership program
  • Conduct market research and data analysis and propose business actions
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Marketing or Communications discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRM and digital marketing experience in F&B industry, preferably in infant nutrition category
  • E-commerce experience is a definite advantage

  • Work with business partners on sales and distribution management
  • Develop strategies for new products
  • Oversee P&L and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ FMCG brand marketing experience with 4 years in manager level

Channel Sales Manager - Nescafé Dolce Gusto
Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Business Development Manager of Nescafé Dolce Gusto, the incumbent will be responsible for developing sales channels (both retail and B2B), performing budget planning, sales forecast & analysis. S/he will also be responsible for planning & deploying trade promotions, enhancing shop front visibility and performing sales administration & operation tasks.

Requirements:
  • University graduate preferably in business disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience preferably in electronics channel related industry
