The incumbent will be responsible for developing brand building strategy, marketing and communications plans for the respective product category(ies). S/he will identify brand challenges and opportunities for growth and/or maintenance, understand consumer needs and behaviors, identify the right positioning of the responsible brand(s) in the market and in the Company, develop strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch. S/he will also be responsible for the P&L of the responsible brands and ensure sales and profitability targets are met or exceeded.

  • University graduate of marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, 3-5 years at ABM level
  • Familiar with supermarket and convenience store channels

The candidate will be responsible for communicating and liaising amongst relevant parties for new product development / product discontinuations, monitoring changes in demand forecasts, dispatch & load plan and in-transit shipments in order to meet our business needs. S/he will also be responsible for understanding supply constraints of products & their demand / order nature and actively drive and complete the unbundlor exercises together with our Demand Planners, Marketing and other relevant parties.

Requirements:
  • University graduate with minimum 4 years' solid experience in supply chain management;
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills;
  • Good knowledge in FMCG structure and supply planning process;
