Nestlé Nutrition Actively Responds to Consumer Enquiries and Further Strengthens Consumer Services Capacity

Back to Press releases

Hong Kong, January 8, 2026 — The safety and wellbeing of infants is our absolute priority. As a voluntary and precautionary measure, we previously announced the voluntary recall of specific batches of Nestlé® NAN® and Wyeth® Nutrition infant and follow-up formula sold in Hong Kong and on cross-border e-commerce platform. We understand that this news may cause concern for consumers. Since the announcement, we have actively responded to their enquiries, and maintained close communication with relevant customers and retailers to follow up on the recall and refund arrangements.

To further enhance consumer services capacity and respond to consumer enquiries, we extended the operating hours of our consumer services hotline to 9:00 p.m. daily, starting yesterday afternoon. We have also immediately added email and WhatsApp as additional communication channels to make it easier for consumers to contact us. In addition, an online form has been introduced today for consumers to reach us.

Consumers who may have purchased the specific batch of the concerned products, please contact us through the following channels to arrange a refund:

•    Consumer Services Hotline: 2599 8874 / 2797 6031 (Monday to Sunday 9am to 9pm)
•    Email: [email protected]
•    WhatsApp: 5283 4139(NESTLÉ® NAN®)/ 2599 8871(Wyeth® Nutrition)
•    Online Form: https://forms.office.com/e/BhqMhWfsUG?origin=lprLink

In addition, we will continue to explore other measures to provide more channels to facilitate consumers in arranging the recall and refund of the affected product batches. Should there be any updates, we will announce them once available.

All other products and other batches of the same product that are not in the scope of this recall are safe to consume. Anyone concerned about their child’s health should contact their pediatrician or a healthcare provider.

We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this action represents to parents, caregivers, and customers. We are committed to providing clear, transparent information and support throughout this process.
