As a voluntary and precautionary measure, Nestlé Nutrition is voluntarily recalling specific batches of its NESTLÉ® NAN® and Wyeth® Nutrition infant and follow-up formula sold in Hong Kong and cross-border e-commerce platform. This recall is a precautionary measure due to the potential presence of substance produced by the microorganism Bacillus cereus - in one of the ingredients from a supplier used in the batches concerned. There have been no confirmed reports of any illness associated with consumption of the products concerned. Nevertheless, out of an abundance of caution, Nestlé Nutrition has decided to perform this voluntary product recall in line with our strict product quality and safety protocols.
Consumers who may have purchased the specific batch of the concerned products, should not feed this product to their child. If you have purchased one of these batches, please contact us through the following channels to arrange a refund:

or return the product (whether unopened or opened) to the retailer* where it was purchased for a refund. Consumers may also visit Nestlé Nutrition’s Dedicated Service Centre to arrange the recall and refund for the specific batch of the concerned products, starting January 13 (Tue). *The maximum quantity for accepting recalled products at each retail channel is 12 cans. If the quantity exceeds this limit, please contact us to arrange a refund.
All other products and other batches of the same product that are not in the scope of this recall are safe to consume. Anyone concerned about their child’s health should contact their pediatrician or a healthcare provider.
